First phase in the transformation of the existing commercial Holešovice Port — Prague — into an office, retail, and residential district.
Following the Bahai project and amid international investment into Eastern Europe after the fall of the Berlin Wall, Scott was invited to co-found a project management company in Prague with two partners. The Holešovice Port Masterplan was a large-scale conversion of a commercial port into a mixed-use district. Scott led the work from napkin sketch through design and construction — his stated forte. Phase one delivered a 20-story office tower and a 4-story ancillary building, marketed as Lighthouse Offices.
