Class A office center on a former IBM industrial site, two metro stops from the Duomo di Milano.
Originally an IBM manufacturing facility, the Via Tolmezzo site was reimagined as a Class A office campus. Three existing buildings were fully renovated and two new buildings were added — preserving the industrial geometry while bringing the site to contemporary commercial standards. Conceived and executed during Scott's tenure as General Manager of a Kyiv-based development company, the project anchored a decade of work redeveloping institutional and industrial sites across Eastern and Southern Europe.
